Volunteer Policies

  • Commitment to Service: Volunteers are expected to serve with a heart of humility and respect, representing the church’s values in both conduct and speech.

  • Background & Safety: To ensure the safety of our community, all volunteers—especially those working with children or vulnerable adults—must complete a background check and adhere to our “Two-Volunteer” supervision rule.

  • Reliability: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shift. If you are unable to make your assigned time, kindly notify your ministry lead at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Confidentiality: Volunteers must respect the privacy of our members. Any personal information shared during ministry should be kept strictly confidential unless a safety risk is identified.

  • Dress Code: We ask that volunteers wear modest, neat attire appropriate for their specific area of service.
